How long does a bank transfer take?
Most transfers clear the same day or next working day. Once we see the payment arrive we'll send your drawings immediately.
When will I receive my drawings?
As soon as payment clears we'll email you a secure Dropbox download link. You'll have access to your DWG and PDF files straight away.
I've made payment — do I need to let you know?
No need — we monitor incoming payments. But if you'd like to confirm, feel free to email [email protected] with your invoice number and we'll prioritise checking.
